maybe not for the first 3 frames, but for waterboarding: fuck yeah the ends justify the means, its the most pussy way you can torture someone effectively. Everybody else in the world slices off digits, and we cant give CIs a bath? All American special service peeps have to go through it in training

Hmmm...I'm not sure what to rate this...It seems to have a message...But what is it? Is it that people have done terrible things in the past and everything worked out fine? Or is it that People have done terrible things in the past and things haven't changed? What is the meaning of this?
