oniTony rated 3 months ago- I've previously heard that Japanese workers, where overtime is a much bigger part of the culture, are actually less productive than North American counter-parts who work for regular hours, mostly due to the effects of burnout. Though here's a list of more reasons to stay within the 40 hour mark.
