Actually, those of you whose natural inclination IS to use twitter during an emergency situation should just go ahead and do it. It's best to weed out that crowd before they procreate.

I really hope our civilization hasn't come to that. That peoples urge to Tweet, or whatever that verb would be, surpasses the urge to survive.... ha ha we're so screwed :)
