mochacoffee rated 6 months ago- Tips for slowing down aging.

Marylouis rated 6 months ago- nice article

barefootj rated 6 months ago- From the page: "102 Ways to Slow Down Aging". haven't had a chance to read it thoroughly. i do disagree with the "Eat more fish" part. don't support cruelty when you can eat things like flax seeds to get your omega 3's. grind the seeds up and add them to smoothies or cereals or other foods. quick, easy and cruelty-free!

greenlivingmama rated 6 months ago- From the page: "Even the young at heart canâ€t escape the slow progression into old age. This inevitability doesnâ€t have to be an entirely bad thing, however, as with each one of those wrinkles and gray hairs comes a little bit of wisdom. While you canâ€t stop your body and mind from aging, you can help to slow down the process and keep yourself in the best health possible. Here are a few tips to help keep you healthy as you age."

H-Bomb rated 6 months ago- "Turn off the TV. Sitting in front of the TV might by entertaining, but it's not challenging your body or your mind. Instead of spending your evenings watching the latest reality shows, take a walk, get some exercise, or just talk to your friends and family."

mikayf rated 6 months ago- I stopped at number 2 - always use sunscreen. That is WRONG, absolutely brimming over with wrongability.

jediliska rated 6 months ago- This page has all kinds of wrong information. Don't even get me started.

skye76 rated 6 months ago- Hey it doesn't hurt to have a helpful reference on keeping yourself healthy and hopefully happy too.

JeraDarklighter rated 6 months ago- Mostly common sense stuff, but a few good ideas here. However, I would point out that #9 (using straws) isn't ALWAYS a bad idea. I've read that most models drink anything that might discolor their teeth (such as coffee) through straws to protect them. This makes sense to me.

easybakelovin rated 6 months ago- lame, common sense list.
