Its not a shocker. Even 11 year olds know beek squad is full of deadbeat dumbasses. One of them suggested I allow him to install nortons and it would only cost 130.00. I lold at him and said "dude, I've already got CA, no thanks" He went on to tell me it would void my warranty then changed his story when I called the mgr over. Flakes, every last one of them.

The letter isn't nearly as funny as the comments afterwards.

The guys in geek squad are dumbasses.
I've seen a report where they went to different best buys, circuit cities, and local shops of the same variety and took in a computer for a simple fix. Circuit city did mediocre, took a few days for a hour+ project, but the local place was right on top of it.
Best buy's geek squad, on the other had, took like a week to tell the guy they couldn't fix his computer.
Not only that, but my mom just got a laptop from best buy and we figured we'd have them install the software/extra ram to save some time. They said it'd take 2 hours, 2 and a half later the guy was still installing the anti-virus. Then when they actually moved on to the ram, it took them another hour to figure out they couldn't put in as much as they were trying to.

That wound up a way longer rant than I expected, but yeah, they're dumbasses.

It's funny 'cause I'm not involved, but I hope the kid's parents struck him with objects once they found out about it.
