sure, you'll lose weight that way, but you'll also feel miserable and compelled to gain it all back. i'm not at all surprised he's pretty much yo-yo dieting (he mentions he gained weight, lost it, gained it, lost it, if that's not unhealthy, i don't know what is). better to just watch what you eat and keep fit, that's that. enjoy "bad" foods in moderation~

Don't just count all carbs under one heading. Simple carbs bad, complex carbs good. It's the most important macronutrient for a reason.

some good, some complete nonsense. "#46 If you are hungry in the evening before bed eat a slice of cheese. "=good. "#33 Carbs are generally a bad idea."=bullshit.
