From the page: "High on Mount Sinai, Moses was on psychedelic drugs when he heard God deliver the Ten Commandments, an Israeli researcher claimed in a study published this week."

There you go. Separation of church and the state happened when the state outlawed any drugs. Law killed god. Grats.

Hrm, this has been out for seven weeks already, but if I had a Dead Pool, I'd definitely put this researcher on it esp. if he still lives in Israel.

It would have been nice for this researcher to provide some research... I mean, Moses tripping is cool and all, but when dealing with thousands of years of faith and legend you need something a little stronger than *He saw sounds, and heard colors... Oh, and the bush was burning!*

Damn. I knew there had to be an explanation for the craziness. And here it is, finally.

Opium is the religion of the people?

Just say no...This shows the evil and harm drugs can do. One trip two and a half thousand years of monotheistic mayhem and slaughter unfold. Plus, in response to nitsedy, I'm a dope head and I can explain things pretty well. I'm still waiting for a reply from my Creationist 'aquaintance 'xrightisrightx'

This is stupid. The only research the guy did was to get high himself. When was the last time you asked a dope head to explain anything to you?

A friend of mine once saw a camel walk out of an air conditioning duct, across a dance floor, and into the duct opposite. He swears that everyone on the dance floor moved out of the camel's way. My friend was on a powerful hallucinatory trip. I read somewhere that it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the gates of heaven. Makes you think.
