- I wish I had a bra ball. Every day, I'd pull off a fresh bra. Every night, I'd throw out my day's bra. Awesome.

- Why? How is this feminism?
From the artist's statement:
"The surprising size of the BraBall (now over half its goal, the height of the average American woman - five feet, four inches tall), the overwhelming quantity of bras, and the incredible density of the piece catches people off guard and hopefully challenges their assumptions about women's bodies."
In some way, that reflects a hypocritical, paradoxical aspect of the artwork's intended motif or theme although I'm not going to venture to put my finger on it right now. I don't see how this would "challenge" someone's assumptions of the female form. In certain situations, a bra is as necessary to a female as is a jock strap to a man, or even a pair of underwear for a man.
I am bothering with this far removed non-issue because I have other things I should be doing, in case it's not obvious. - Why? How is this feminism?

lovieleaaa rated 3 months ago- women who have nothing to do.

shinyMug rated 4 months ago- I love it. I hate wearing a bra -- and I rarely do. I have perky ones and they will probably never sag anyway.

marketerr rated 5 months ago- this is great, reminds me of all those rubber band balls i used to do in the office.
