SketchSepahi rated 8 months ago- If e-books are ever to become a serious alternative to real books they need to lay off the whole white backgrund/black text thing. How hard is it to grasp that a computer screen is not a piece of paper? See all that white there on the page? That is all light shining you straight into the eyes while you are trying to ignore it so you can read the omittance of light called the text. Now, try staring into a light-bulp for an hour. Do your dislike you more than when you were reading a book for an hour? Yeah, I thought so. Gray or maybe white text on dark, preferably black background please. Or at least make an e-book reader, which will grant you the option of deciding upon the colour-scheme yourself.

SebG rated 8 months ago- Bookninja is the only blog on books and writing you'll need to read, most days. It is consistently and frequently updated, and he manages to source out some pretty hard-to-find literary news and articles.

stardustnf rated 16 months ago- I can't believe I didn't find this site sooner, considering how much I love all things literati...but better late than never. This site is devoted to the discussion of anything book-related....it's smart, funny, and interesting. I know that it will become one of my favourite haunts.

Worzel rated 20 months ago- This site is one of the best for all things book related in the news. It helps if you're Canadian but I think anyone would appreciate the simple clear design and gentle humour here.

ThatGirl rated 28 months ago- Try not liking Book Ninja. It's smart. Funny. I read it daily.
