On a Rank 5 fire hitting the head direct on is pretty much useless and as for precision, a CL-415 is damn accurate. I would know. They really enjoy covering us on the ground with foam. You can see their smiles as they make the drop.
Finally, I can survive a hit from a conventional water bomber. I don't think I could survive getting hit with a water balloon that size dropped from 2000 feet. - Seems like a good idea but its probably cheaper and about as effective to run a couple CL-415s and put in some CAT Guards.
