Selling your time for dollars is one of the WORST ways to make a living, but people do it because it SEEMS safe. But how many times have you seen hundreds or thousands of people left without a job because of some corporate layoff? And do you really enjoy fighting traffic twice a day and barely getting an hour or two with your family when you get home exhausted and ready for bed? This is a great time to start a solid blog and really make good money online... doing something you enjoy. Some people want to escape the corporate indentured servitude system, and others just want to bring in a few extra thousand dollars a month. This is truly passive income - you write great content once and monetize it. The search engines pick it up, and send you traffic for years to come. So everything you write adds to the content base that keeps making you more money."
