Even when I lie, I make like I do in normal conversation and break eye contact for a short moment and just look straight down :P But hey, I'm sure this applies to some people.

There might be some statistical truth to this. But of course, it's not gonna apply to everyone.

This is not ENTIRELY true...there is a sort of truth in this. However, it is not as effective ways to detect lies.
