This is a nice idea. However, I need to see more research on the potential impacts on the ocean flora and fauna. I would also be concerned about garbage that could accumulate if any of these devices came off-line. Don't get me wrong, I am ALL FOR alternative energy sources. I just want to make sure that we enter into these efforts in an educated way.
