Okay, I've been craving a hamburger for the better part of a week now. Not only was somebody chowing down on a Whopper in front of me last week, but this is the third time in that same week I've seen or heard mention of White Castle.

My mom is in love with White Castle, but the last few states we've lived in never had one. My mom would go crazy whenever we went to visit family and we passed by one. I think I might surprise her and make these one day :) I think she'd enjoy that.

This is a great recipe to try but the only thing that reminded me of White Castle burgers was the size.

I am going to try cooking this in a water bath and see if it makes it less dry around the edges.
