I heard him speak once - a brilliant, charasmatic man way ahead of his time.

Activists! Read this: "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete."

The guinea pig "B" version of Guinea-Pig "B's" institute. I'm including another link, not to take anything away from the BFI, but for Fullerites to have a chance to see Bucky give his famous 42 hour series, "Everything I Know." 42 hours of Bucky = one heck of a lecture.http://memeticdrift.net/bucky/index.html

Bucky, My Hero!

My hero (most of my heroes are dead, so they can't mess with my image of them), but R. Buckminster Fuller lives on in many strange ways, and actually has had some direct affect on my life.

Buckminster Fuller strove to inspire humanity to take a comprehensive view of the finite world we live in and the infinite possibilities for an ever-increasing standard of living within it.

What a great site..... bionic cars, kitchens as appliences, portable dwellings. What a great inspiration Mr. Fuller. My hat goes off to your memory, thank you.
