This site held a worldwide vote for the 2004 U.S. presidential election, and Kerry won 88% vs. Bush 11%.
I wonder what the result would be if that vote were held today?

- this should identify your country from your IP address (using .js or the like), not let you select it. a minor detail that makes this entire thing pointless. very bush-league web development. and yeah, why do we give a shit what the world thinks about our leaders. they're ours not theirs.

- Site provides a chance for everyone around the world to have a say for which U.S. presidential candidate they would vote if they could. It's fun to know that globally, people who have access to computers vote for humanity rather than for greed.

- Something I learned from the "Ron Paul Revolution" is that the Internet population demographics do not correlate with global population demographics in any statistically meaningful way. This is made clear by Obama's huge lead against McCain even amongst US voters.
