- Awesome, love these kinds of houses. I want something similar when I move out on my own. Not under a hill, but still very earthy and natural looking. However, I still want my computer with essential peripheral gadgets and a stainless steel kitchen!
I'm not sure if I'd go for a Cob house in a Southern Ontario kinda climate, but I plan to follow a Passivehaus or higher standard with renewable energy systems on top. My goal is complete self-sufficiency, except perhaps food (depending on lot and family size). - Awesome, love these kinds of houses. I want something similar when I move out on my own.
