what an idiot. this guy makes me want to punch him. from the FAQ: "I am a usability engineer at Microsoft TV. Prior to joining Microsoft, I was a usability engineer at Netscape Communications Corporation and at IBM, working on software usability and design. In 1983, I earned a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from New Mexico State University." I laughed at microsoft and netscape. and if this is true, it proofes that intelligence is not neccessary for a Ph. D.

Hahaha! I thought I was crazy going through some of these and seeing that almost none of them were "bad designs," he was just a fucking moron (the sealed toothpaste cap was priceless -- who hasn't used a tube of super glue sealed in the same manner?...OH WAIT, this idiot). Reading the reviews tells me that I wasn't the only one to be annoyed by this crap! :)
