From the page: "According to D Magazine, at a private lunch, GM chairman Maximum Bob Lutz said global warming is a "total crock of shit." Bob adds "I'm a skeptic, not a denier. Having said that, my opinion doesn't matter." Speaking about the battery-driven Volt, Lutz said, "I'm motivated more by the desire to replace imported oil than by the CO2 [argument]." At the lunch Bob also said hybrids like the Prius make "make no economic sense" and the Volt is exciting for him because "it's the last thing anybody expected from GM." Don't hold back Bob, tell us what you really think."

Ahh... So Bob Lutz, the chairman of GM - a now slowly dying and deeply uncompetitive company - is "a sceptic" about global warming in that he says it's a "total crock of shit.". Uh huh, he's a sceptic all right... Not really a surprise, though amazing that shareholders allow this uninformed fossil to continue to run this once-great corporation. GM's Bob Lutz: A dinosaur living in a fossil-fuelled world He continues to bet on a world that stopped existing in 2003 whilst his competitors at Toyota and Honda invest in solutions that at least have half a chance of succeeding.

GM is a crock of shite. I'm a skeptic, not a denier. I don't think that GM give anything of value to society.
