Persiana discovered 8 months ago- Calico artist's website Use Windows Media Player or equivalent [copy the link location, open Media Player, from menu go to Files -> Open URL... and paste the link] to watch this clip (3 minutes) about calico work titled: honare nazde Iranian which means "Art that is done by Iranians" - an abbreviation of the famous and old Iranian saying honar nazde Iranian ast o bas: "The most refined arts are done only by Iranians." The following calico motifs are inspired by Iran's historical features.
