Gregorian Chants sung by ancient Monks were chanted to the six Solfeggio Frequencies, which are thought to promote healing. A recording of these frequencies are on this site.

gee, flakey enough it just might be for real .... check it out and decide ... PERSONALLY, I was not 'moved' by 'the sounds' at all, but the THEORY was kind of intriguing ...
