I like this page and the message it invokes. Pain is the opposite of happiness. To heal from pain we need to try to get back to our happiness, our serenity, our bliss.
Have you ever looked around at people who seem miserable? They need to create a little chaos to jump start some endorphins in order to feel that temporary buzz? But it's over after a few seconds or how ever long they can continue the avoidance of dealing with themselves and they're back to miserable.
I have seen people spiral rather quickly in a matter of only a few years to every second cursing and in rage and staying really angry at the slightest perceived whatever. It began with one pain and it splintered. Undealt with it grew and spawned other pain as the person wreaked havoc behind them...This site offers different methods for attempting to heal.
