Blitzkrieg3000 rated 34 months ago- And please do not put a psychologist/sociologist interviewing candidates to a technical position, while they may filter troublemakers better, they won't have a clue about competence beyond buzzword matching (JAVA, C++, SQL, VB, etc, etc.).
