JohnnyDanger rated 7 days ago- No one take this site seriously. The guy who wrote this comparison has no idea what he's talking about. Just read the C pros and cons for a glimpse into his inexcusable programming idiocy.

- I'm not trying to knock python, its a fine language and is one of the better candidates for beginners. This article, however, bases which programming language to teach based on the criteria of how easily a trivial program can be written, rather than much more important things like strong typing, exception handling, code block delimiters, and many other language features that beginning programmers need to be exposed to.

mooonstar rated 4 months ago- Comparison of Popular Languages for Teaching Computer Programming - Java, C, Basic and Python

Geonemotodium rated 4 months ago- From the page: "Real Java programmers will probably look down on me with a mixture of pity and disgust. Such is life."

malfist rated 4 months ago- biased, especially against java.

Kaempfer05 rated 4 months ago- I'm still looking for the article to challenge my notion that Java blows.

zakki08 rated 4 months ago- good comparison
