- This syndication provides interesting insights into Middle Eastern issues and how the (liberal?) people of the region view more global issues. It may not give the whole picture but it does provide a perspective on things that are not necessarily parallel to most Western media.

- Whether or not this site is biased (it is), or whether or not it's aimed for non-Arabs (being in English, it is, duh!), the site is useful because it helps us better develop opinions about various Middle Eastern issues. All news sites are biased, that's a given. It's likely that any English-language newspaper or online news site is going to reflect the viewpoints of that country's leaders, be they dictators or elected (or both), in its overall editorial stance. Hence, it's important to read a range of viewpoints in the process of developing ones own. This site helps in that process. As long as you understand this site isn't the final word on Middle Eastern news issues, then you'll be OK. There are worse (more biased, inflammatory, libelous or downright dangerous) ones out there than this.

- A less than stellar newspaper that is sure to occupy that much needed niche between the integrity of Pravda and the objectivism of Fox/MSNBC News. But hey, it's in English, and they do give you stories you really won't read elsewhere, so give it a occasional look over.
