Even if the notion of an advent calendar featuring a meat-cleaver swinging psychopath WEREN'T actually awesome, this controversy could be quickly diffused by pointing out that the circled silver object could just as easily be a dustpan or short-handled snowshovel.

I think it's amazing that an axe-wielding serial killer is featured on an advent calendar, regardless of being part of the local town's history.

now That's my kinda advent Xmas Calendar.. lol not like any child in America would be in the least bit scared. but I do like how they use the history to justify the presence of a serial killer. precious.

I don't see what all the fuss is about. Personally I think that every advent calendar should feature an axe wielding maniac.
