Very helpful - I will definitely use this one next time I'm choosing a hike! (I really hope they don't end up closing the CA State Parks because that would be a disaster.)

This looks like a very good site. Over the years, my sons & I have spent countless hours in the Caccades, the Pasayten Wilderness, North Central New Mexico & even down into Utah. In reviewing this site it would have proven to be a good resource for us.
