  • Knocked Back Down

This cartoon is on track with what is happening, except, the bus should say "Energy Prices". Not just gas prices will be skyrocketing, but, and you can bet the house on it, the governmental push towards cap and trade and "green technology" will be more like a freight train... more

WAIT!! In the energy bill there is a provision that when you sell your home you must make it energy efficient. Yes, even if your selling it at a loss or just breaking even you must insulate, replace and refurbish. Yep that will sure stimulate the economy.

You guys think this is bad, wait until the Senate passes the energy bill that will raise our energy bills along with our gasoline prices. And thats not all, if you own a house, if this bill passes you will have to get an energy audit and make all upgrades before you can sell your house. The poor people will not be able to sell their houses, so the government will come in with some program to help, and everyone's taxes will continue to increase until they will not take it anymore. It ought to be an interesting ride.
