Not sure these prices are reflective of the prices on shelves in US grocery stores in 2009. Additionally, this is a pretty unhealthy diet. But hey anything is better than fast food for America!

People need to learn to manage their money--Americans particularly. I am shocked when people tell me their spending habits and debt, then how much money they earn.

pretty impressive- a month of groceries for 4 - under $150. Unfortunately it costs more to truly eat healthy.
