 Epimaven rated 3 weeks agocooking, broccoli, best-recipe, roasted-vegetables - This dish is ridiculously good. I was worried about roasting broccoli for 25 minutes - I hate to overdo veggies. But the Amateur Gourmet was right... crispy broccoli was the result.

- All right. I keep seeing this recipe so I'm going to try it (sans cheese) even though I'm pretty sure I hate broccoli. I tried Ina Garten's roasted Brussels sprouts and LOVE them now so I have high hopes that this might convert me to a broccoli lover.
