- I've always liked a lot of Alabama Chanin's stuff, but their prices are excessive. It's nice stuff, it's not amazing, groundbreaking genius art. $750 for a chair woven with ties? I think not. Same thing with their jewelry prices.

- Primitive, handmade kitchen chairs - circa 1900 - have been reworked and woven with recycled men's ties. No two chairs are alike. Custom made so allow three weeks for delivery. Contact us for more information. Now i know what to do with my all my ties hanging in my closet...wait!! they are bow ties....
