- The Austin City Limits festival is every year at the beginning of September, but if you have to miss it because of the unfortunate timing, you can still watch it on good ol' PBS. 2005's line-up included Rilo Kiley, The Flaming Lips, The Shins, Bright Eyes, The Polyphonic Spree, Modest Mouse, Guided By Voices, Damien Rice, Wilco, Ben Folds, Spoon, The Killers, and Franz Ferdinand. You should look at the TV listings section and check out their performances on PBS in the upcoming months if you know what's good for you.
