    The biggest advantage of any open system is that anyone can contribute to its growth and everyone can use it. Like Linux and Java, Firefox is yet another good example. The amount of addons that exist for this browser is just incomparable. I too use some of them but this is a very good list that give me even more options. However one must be careful choosing them as some may be collect your private data like what site you visit, what keys you press etc etc. It could prove to be very dangerous security problem and hence I would recommend that one should use only the trusted addons.

    The only app I wanted from the list, Fasterfox, only works on Firefox 1.5 - 2.0 Clearly outdated guide
