Very nice, but some people really can`t do these things... Africa is just an example. Don`t eat for 5 days and then tell me that you want to stop and smell the roses :) Anyway, few people realise these things even in their 60s or 70s. Good job!

From the page: "10. When The Sh*t Hits The Fan, You Know Who Your True Friends Are I've had my fair share of friends who haven't been healthy to my well-being and I've also been blessed with amazing friends. I've found that it is so important to associate with good people who have your best interests at heart because nothing is worse than going through life with fake friends. To attract good people in your life it begins with you becoming the kind of friend you want to have." My experience says item #10 has it right; but I haven't always been a real friend either, sometimes it's impossible to see that one is being selfish and running after one's own advantage. Well the other nine points on the page are everyday stuff, but so is life. I agree with Yobaba http://yobaba.stumbleupon.com/, it's worth a visit. And I'm a sneak thief.

A great list - now that I am older. When I was younger, however, I doubt very much that I would have taken any of this advice seriously. That's the problem.
