Spend that same 7 weeks at the gym and the guy would really look different. Cardio & lifting > Wii Fit. But congrats to him!

Nice, but you know, if instead of Wii Fit, he took that hour a day to do some running, the weight loss would be a lot more drastic.

Its great that he kept a journal of his efforts with Wii-Fit, it really gives a perspective on how it can be effective in motivating you to exercise if you take it seriously.
