- You know what? A lot of guys are tired of always looking. I know women that are tired of passively advertising that they're available. I tell them both the same thing: do something about it, and stop waiting for society to condone your feelings. Who cares what society says, does, or condones? Do your own thing, create your own lifestyle, and reject the archetypes that are offered to you. This article angered me several times, chiefly for its condemnation of second wave feminism (associating all feminists with Andrea Dworkin, for instance) and its ridiculous representation of repression in society. This isn't Victorian England. Why is the author so obsessed with her sexual awakening and her quest to find society's blessing for her libido? Newsflash: the law banning women from answering personal ads on the internet has been repealed, allowing them to now do more than merely post them. Hooray! Equality for the sexes is now within reach! You know what? I'm sick and tired of reading third wave feminism on blogs. When did feminism become divorced from sociology, psychology, gender studies, and statistics? Third wave feminism, while not as ivory tower limited, is uniformly written at a 7th grade level, emotionally charged, and about as compelling as an article in the local, two-year, state college newspaper. Blah.

- She sums up what I've been thinking all along. Where the hell ARE the naked men? The author seems to prefer "pretty boys" while I have more of a penchant for the rugged look, but the idea's still there. Will men ever play to the female fantasy?

- I generally agree, but I don't like the implication that one person has to be dominant and the other has to be subordinate--that one has to fuck and the other has to be fucked. I mean, maybe by some definition that's true; if they're into two different kinds of thing, especially if all the dude's trying to do is stick his thumb up her butt and cum onto her face 'cause he's a fucking idiot--no pun intended--and that's just the kind of thing he beats off to, but, like, you don't look at two people giving each other back massages and think, "Oh, the one giving the massage is being so dominant!" you know what I mean? Life's not always a zero-sum game like that. The little parts, maybe, but if you average it all out, you really can come away greater as a whole. That's all I'm saying.
