- Great website devoted to information about the Roaring Twenties.

- This is an interesting website devoted to the decade before the depression. As you click through each individual link think about, question, and bring into being a relative significance of how this affluent society would affect the non-affluent society afterward. To put the decade into context also examine the decade before containing world war one, and naturally the decade after containing the Great Depression, but even more importantly how this society influenced a younger generation not yet fully aware of the impending war of the 1940s. At length a professor once proclaimed to me that this generation was no doubt the calm before the storm.

- If you're at all interested in the 1920's, this is a wonderful site to browse around on. It has tons of information on many aspects of life "back then".... everything from the flappers, to prohibition, to how to dance the Charleston.
