Here are some article criticizing libertarianism. Problem is that there is a mix of philosophical-personal acceptation of the term and economical-political acceptation : it's not to same to liberate the people and to liberate the money... to liberate speach and to liberate enterpriseship... to liberate own-personnal sex, drug and rock-n-roll practice and to liberate for a person adventage the power took on other persons. These articles confuse a lot much these differences, avoiding a place in the political spectrum : one can be anti-liberarian concerning economics and libertarian concerning individuals

I skimmed the FAQ and some of the other pages, I can only conclude that it is horribly flawed. One example would be the articles it links to in order to prove legalization of drugs would be "patently stupid", the latest article of these even compares the legalization of drugs to legalizing rape. Which, to put it in polite terms, certainly is not a very apt analogy. The fact is legalization of drugs does not mean social institutions or communities cannot regulate it, though they obviously cannot coerce another individual to abstain through the use of force. In the end it is the responsibility of the individual him or herself and his or her family.

OK, I'm a little sympathetic to libertarianism's aims but to me it just seems like a philosophical excuse to "do your own thing." Ayn Randers need to grow up.

5*s- Critiques Of Libertarianism works to be fair and impartial. It features criticism and writings from libertarians, objectivists, anarchists, liberals, etc. "This is not an anti-libertarian site, despite its critical nature." Particular aspects of libertarianism are criticized for being untrue or undesirable. The site helps eliminate the weak arguments for libertarians and strengthen the arguments of non-libertarians.
