Wordpress.com is based on the same Open Source blogging software as Wordpress.org. I think it is the best free blogging site available and everyone should at least give it a try before splashing out on a commercial site! Top Stuff! Happy Blogging! Updated: 3 August 2009.

This one is good if you don't want to install Wordpress on your own domain, you can have your blog here there are tons of features which you will not find in other blogging sites.

Good enough a blog host. As bonus, people can even comment on the blogs without onerous pop-ups or catchpas and every blog has comment feed and category-specific feeds.
