boelter discovered 4 months ago- From the page: "Since when did it become acceptable to customers when a company's service was reliable only some of the time? And when did we enjoy a service that drops out fewer times than its competitors?" It seems like carriers know they can't offer service so they compete with phones. At least there is competition in the cell phone market. When I have problems with my cable service there isn't much of an alternative for me.
