- I love reading the stories and looking at the pictures on this site. Its Wild Heart Ranch Rescue and Rehabilitation, in Oregon. There are pictures and stories of all different kinds of wildlife. Each animal has its own story of how it got there either by being orphaned, hurt or sick in some way. I am so glad that there are places like this for these wonderful animals! Their main goal is to get the animal healthy and release it back into the wild. You can click on the "Home" link when your done, and there is much more to see and learn on this site. The story of this hybrid wolf will amaze and sadden you, but the end of the story is a happy one, because he is doing great now. The wound around his neck was caused by a choke chain that was embedded 2 inches deep into his neck, by a neglectful owner.

- What a wonderful place! Wild Heart Ranch takes in wounded animals and nurses them back to health. THEN they find a good home for them.

- When I was little, I really wanted to be a Veterinarian... but I could never handle stuff like this. I would be crying all day. The people at Wild Heart Ranch are lovely.

- This AMAZING person cares for maimed wild animals, who to many people, have no chance. What a saint! I am so glad they are improving the world. Excellent site!
