This person is as disillusioned with Ubuntu as he claims people are with Windows. Ubuntu is designed to be easy to use, but any user can tell you that getting everything working is a huge undertaking.

im not typically a big fan of lists but this one makes a nice reference complete with comparable descriptions and links to said open source programs. (already highlighting some open source programs i use and introducing others i wasnt aware of)
