Join the 153,623 people so far (as of 9a PT on April 16) who have signed our online petition to demand that Microsoft not stop OEM and shrinkwrapped sales of Windows XP as planned on June 30, 2008, but instead keep it available indefinitely.. If you Run XP on your computer and would Rather have it to Vista, then Please Go and Sign this Petition.... Now Time is Short. Thanks. LG. Thanks to WillBurr for this one.

Please take time to sign the petition. It's time for Microsoft to open their eyes (or rather see our eyes are open) and stop pawning off bulky software, that isn't ready for release, to the consumer. XP though bulky is at least stable.

Be forced to pay more for an inferior product? I don't think so. I'll switch to linux before I use Vista.

Sign the petition (below on my page) keep Windows XP open as an option!

[REPEAT POST] Keeping Windows XP as a viable option for the long term foreseeable future would be a wise decision, as *forcing* Windows XP users to switch to Vista will only bring about a large number of users switching to Linux ... [ADDENDUM] This doesn't really make much sense to me ... first, why come out with XP service pack 3 if you're just going to dump the operating system soon afterwards ... second, why dump the operating system that a majority of Windows users seem to prefer -- so much so that there's an online petition with more than a hundred thousand users signing onto it ...

I never thought, I would thumb up a pro-Windows page. But I'm very aware, that the most people are not willing or "ready" to switch to Linux. ;-) And if XP is gone and Vista is all what's left ... Hell, that'll be a really big problem.
