I've been experimenting with Drupal lately. One thing I've been surprised at is how flexible and powerful Drupal is. After a few years of learning the ropes of Wordpress, Drupal is a bit of a learning curve, but it offers quite a few more options than WP.

What's the point? If you can either code these modules yourself why bother using drupal? And if these modules exist already I doubt you're going to make much unique with them.
