"While vegan meals are a not a palatable permanent lifestyle choice for many, enjoying occasional vegan meals can be a rewarding way to incorporate environmental sensitivity on the path to a green life. The good news (as noted in the original, popular vegan recipe guide), is that plenty of vegan meals are tasty and satisfying for even the most red-blooded steak lover out there. This post will offer up the sides we all love: dessert, salads, and appetizers - veganized."

Vegan meals would help to balance cholesterol-laden food intakes - be healthy and maintain healthy waist-line.

The recipes are innovative. The pictures are stellar. The featured food's got everything going for it.. so why the hedging? "While vegan meals are a not a palatable permanent lifestyle choice for many.." What a dumbshit way to start an article endorsing any kind of food.

::drool:: I've been cooking vegan for a long time, but I still found some excellent new recipes here which I'll have to try out soon.

I'm salivating. Sorry, maybe that's too much information. Great recipes - and I'm glad to see a salad without any cream-based dressing, which I've always thought is a horrible idea (what's wrong with fresh, tangy, seasoned olive oil and a drizzle of lemon juice?). *Good* food: this is a message that needs to get out: even if you're a confirmed meat-eater, vegan food can be a gourmet experience. And just see how you feel after upping your week's worth of vegetables and fruit!
