This is a great website. It's original. It's a good way to find bible verses when facing any issue in life.

i like it because how it breaks into categories different events and matches those events to inspiring passages

I like that this site has verses by subject, but, I also believe in reading them in context as the word can definitely be misinterpreted this way and made to mean anything someone wants

I like this easy reference, however I too, think it's best to read the whole passage and not necessarily just the verse. You may miss the whole point of where it's coming from.

When singled out like this, I think of verses as "things to remember". They generally summarize a particular passage/subject. Be sure to read the passage or chapter to understand its context. Attempting to understand or interpret a verse by itself is, in my opinion, the easiest way to misunderstand/misinterpret God's word; hence the root to statements like "The Bible contradicts itself."

Meh...I'm generally not of the "read a Bible verse for timely inspiration" type. My slogan: "Never read a Bible verse." I stress the word "verse." Read a passage, at least. Not doing so risks missing the meaning.
