Tancred rated 6 months ago- Yes, the computer is pretty neat, but what made me laugh was the caption below the demo video: "This video contains a narration followed by a demo, complete with clicking."

- @stephenhazelI like it. It's cool. But a cpu not connected to SOME kinda i/o device...? Why write code for it? well, this is basically a home build version of one of the first computers made by man. they didnt have i/o devices either. people were the i/o devices .. they entered the code and would write down the results. of course a bit later punch cards were thought of and etcetc .. basically your question is funny because if they did respond in the same way with the first computer as you did, you wouldnt have a computer to put your response on the internet - which coincidentally would not exist anyway .. :)

bonus-level rated 6 months ago- A complete processor (ALU, registers, clock ..) and memory made out of huge relays in stead of the tiny transistors.@stephenhazel and everyone else : There are no input or output instructions. You use the computer by loading memory with a program. This is done through the switches, You program the instruction in binary, by flipping switches. Then the counter starts and it reads the instructions. Theres's not enoughroom for any os I know of.

- Looks like very geeky machinery to me, I don't understand it, but that's okay. I don't have to understand everything. I would be too stupid for this anyway, I guess. Nonetheless: Great work! Kudos!
