jjooeh rated 3 months ago- It always bothered me that this EULA is not printed on the box. How valid can a contract be after money has already changed hands? It's a lot more difficult to return something after you've removed the shrink wrap.
Imagine buying a new house and then, after you've started moving in, the contractor who built it knocks on the door and says, "Oh, by the way, here's a list things that you can and can't do here. We may or may not install surveillance equipment should we so choose and if the walls or foundation collapse after 90 days, it's not our fault."- It always bothered me that this EULA is not printed on the box. How valid can a contract be after money has already changed hands? It's a lot more difficult to return something after you've removed the shrink wrap.
