Microsimulation of road traffic

Very interesting. while it's impossible to know how accurate the modelling is, it's fascinating to watch how swiftly a road can clog with just a few more cars - or a max speed increased by just a few kms/hr. By the way taggers "transportation" isn't actually a word....

I like this, driving around L.A & Hollywood all day now I understand why there so much traffic? The big red blocks! LoL + the cars all look so real! Ha

Put the main inflow to 300 and the ramp to 200. If people drove with this much caution no one would get anywhere - Even at 4am in the morning, much less 6pm. The simulation at best is flawed, and at worst is useless.
