A succinct explanation of how corporate America made it big, what the "financial crisis" is, why it's here, and the things that can be done about it. I still find it hard to believe how much the working class clings to their beloved capitalism, defending the knife that bleeds them. Capitalist America has gone rampant with corruption, this is nothing new of course. But you have to be either insane or inane to believe Milton Friedman when he asserts that American Capitalism will take care of itself, you, and everyone else, if only the government would mind it's own business. Which is funny, because when you think about it, that's pretty much what we have, a system where they are completely fused together, and you can see just how well that's been working out.

Interesting, nice to hear someone talking about wage stagnation and the push to credit.

This guy seems kind of ... off the wall to say the least. It's not that socialism or communism are "flawed" or any of the half backed arguments I saw below, it's just that this guy is just a wee but crazy. Real socialism is about spreading the costs of what is consider necessities around so that we all have what we need to function in society. Real communism on the other hand is everything being shared, and if you don't work you don't eat. Capitalism on the other hand... a few people make several times the cost of living while the majority live around the cost of living. They all have flaws.

Flawed logic and incorrect statements. He professes that higher degrees are unnecessary; maybe he should have tried getting one and then offering his opinion. Milton Friedman would chew this guy up.

Listen carefully...This is definitely a primer in Socialism. Pay attention to how they think. Later I'll drive a bus through the holes in his logic.

what about sub-prime loans pushed by Carter and Clinton? and why does he label "the employer" as the one giving the loans? isn't that what banks do? And he's demonizing Republicans, but their basic idea is to give tax cuts, lessening the size of government and allowing for capitalism to be a means of growth rather than dead end spending on the watch of the elected few. I'm not sure I follow this...

-_- no, you're wrong. marxists are silly. F.A. Hayek in the houuuuseee. But really, his logic is that of every socialist who talks about these things. It's just, no. Don't buy into this.

First rate exposition on the last 80 years of capitalism, as it relates to the middle class American worker (for a change).

Worth watching the whole thing. He redefines the issues in a way I appreciate.

A very good guy. Was interesting to watch! Don't believe in communism myself though but I suppose I have not thought what it would cause through.
